Stepping stone Lampasas residents stepped up to assist Vision Downtown Lampasas! in its efforts to begin the designaspect of a mural for the downtown area by collecting a wide array of boots to be arranged andphotographed by Kellie Ivey. The photo will be the basis for a mural -- one of four -- sponsored bythe committee promoting the historic downtown area.
