PEC announces candidates for June directors' election At its April 21 board meeting, Pedernales Electric announced the 58 candidates who have met certification requirements to run in the upcoming PEC eletion. Members will elect directors for District 2, District 3 and District 7. Advisory directors for District 5 and District 6 also will be chosen. A map outlining district boundaries is available at PEC's website, www.pec.coop. The unprecedented candidate response is a direct result of changes to PEC's bylaws.
