Seton Highland Lakes Health System opens Lampasas office Seton Highland Lakes Health System, a member of the Seton Family of Hospitals, announces the opening of the new Seton Lampasas Healthcare Center. The new center, located at 1205 Central Texas Expressway, will open for patient care and appointments Monday. "We are proud to provide this new facility to the residents of Lampasas," said Scott Fuller, administrator of Seton Highland Lakes Health System. "It is the next step in making quality care more easily accessible for residents in Central Texas." The new Seton Lampasas Healthcare Center will provide primary care services for the whole family and outpatient laboratory services with weekly specialists coming soon. The medical provider is Pat Roper, P.A.C. Roper graduated from the U.S. Army Physician Assistant Program at Fort Sam Houston, and has 26 years of experience as a physician assistant in the U.S. Army. He is a graduate of Arizona State University where he obtained a master's in education. Roper and his wife recently relocated to Lampasas from Glendive, Mont., where he worked as lead physician assistant in the emergency room at Glendive Medical Center.
