New park art
Carolann Haggard's sculpture, "Pegasus," was the topic of conversation of Lampasas sculptor T.J. Mabrey, left, and City Manager Mike Stoldt and his wife, Kay. "Pegasus" was installed at the park last Saturday along with several other sculptures.
