Grand jury returns indictments The Lampasas County Grand Jury handed down 19 indictments in its most recent term. The Lampasas Police Department presented cases that resulted in the indictment of: • Blair Duane Wright, 40, for driving while intoxicated with a child, on Feb. 13. • Charles Augustus Harmon, 42, for driving while intoxicated, third ore more, on March 8. • Ray Anthony Valles, 44, for driving while intoxicated, third or more, on March 23. • David Zepeda, 45, for driving while intoxicated, third or more, on March 1. • Matthew Bradley Harris, 24, for theft over $20,000 and under $100,000, on Feb. 20. • Amy Lynn Hernandez, 25, for unlawful possession of firearm by a felon, on March 19. • Malcolm Scott Walker, 21, for burglary of a building, on Feb. 21. • Samantha Acker, 38, for driving while intoxicated, third or more, on March 31. • Arlyn Levert Williams, 37, for possession of a chemical with intent to manufacture, on March 12. • Ashley Monique Montemayor, 32, for possession of a chemical with intent to manufacture, on March 12. • Clay Leggett Russell, 26, for possession of a chemical with intent to manufacture, on March 13. • Don Dwayne Griffin, 47, for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, on Feb. 10. • Gilbert Flores Jr., 28, for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, methamphetamine. • Mitchell Colby Gardner, 22, for theft over $20,000 and under $100,000, on March 31. The Major Crimes Assistance Unit presented cases that resulted in the indictment of the following: • Stacey Jan Temple, 42, for criminal conspiracy, on Jan. 29. • Jason Dwayne Lamb, 34, for hindering a secured creditor, on March 1, 2007. The Lampasas County Sheriff's Department presented cases that resulted in indictments against: • Rozell Dandre Barrow, 34, for possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, on Feb. 19. • Joshua Dee Daniels, 26, for burglary of a habitation, on March 25. • Steven Ray Wilson, 23, for evading arrest with a vehicle, on April 11. |
