GED test to be administered at Gatesville

The next GED test at Gatesville High School will be given May 13-14. Those wishing to take the test must complete registration May 7 from 5-7 p.m. in room 22 at the high school campus. Those who tested in 2002 to 2007 and need to retest one or more parts will pay $10 for each part to retest.

It must have been six months since the last attempt, or the testtaker must have been to GED classes and have a note from the instructor saying it is time to retest.

There are other qualifications for those under age 18.

Testing will begin at 5:15 p.m. both days. Participants should bring a registration receipt and photo ID.
