A forceful spray

She and dignitaries such as former City Councilman Fred Cummings, at right, and Mayor Judy Hetherly (not pictured) were on hand Thursday to help hose down the exterior wall where a cowboy boot mural is planned to enhance the aesthetics of the downtown area.
