Mrs. Ewing

Gail Elizabeth Ewing, 59, of Kempner died April 24, 2008, at her residence.

Funeral services were April 27 at Clear Creek Baptist Church with Minister Thomas Edwards officiating. The body was cremated.

Mrs. Ewing was born Aug. 9, 1948, in Kansas, and had been a resident of Kempner for 31 years.

She had previously resided in Dixon, Mo., where she married Thomas L. Ewing on April 30, 1971.

Mrs. Ewing was a tax preparer for H&R Block in Lampasas. She was a Baptist.

Survivors include her husband; three sons, Charles William Pool, Glenn Edwin Ewing and Samuel Uris Ewing; brothers, Richard D. Catero, of Phoenix, Ariz., Michael A. Catero, of Houston, Robert Reynolds, and wife, Ela, of Childress; Troy Glenn Reynolds, and wife, June, of Wichita Falls, and Dean C. Reynolds, and wife, Linda, of Corpus Christi; a sister, Ilya Fay Georges, and husband, Jeffrey, of Lampasas; three grandsons, Charles William Pool III, Eric Zebulon Pool and Eddie Wayne Pool; and a number of nieces and nephews.
