Genealogical Society to meet
Central Texas Genealogical Society will meet Monday at the Waco-McLennan County Library, 1717 Austin Ave. in Waco. Topic is "DNA with Max." The public is invited. A 50th anniversary of the group will be celebrated May 19 at 6:30 p.m. at the central library.
Dr. Lori Baker, director of Forensic Studies at Baylor University, will be the featured speaker, and Waco Mayor Virginia DuPuy will make a presentation. Door prizes will be offered and refreshments served.
