Car Cruise planning under way

The Lampasas County Chamber of Commerce will sponsor the 21st annual Sulphur Creek Car Cruise June 14-15 at W.M. Brook Park.

The cruise, an open run, includes awards, dash plaques, T-shirts and activities and games for the whole family.

The event is open to the public. Entries, which are accepted the morning of the show, include cars, trucks and motorcycles.

Saturday hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., with the day concluding with awards.

A parade through town is set Saturday at 3 p.m.
