Lampasas Aglow meeting on tap

Lampasas Aglow, a Community Lighthouse of Aglow International, will meet Monday at 7 p.m. at Holiday Inn Express, 1200 Central Texas Expressway.

Vivian Tillotson will be the speaker. She has been affiliated with Aglow since 1977, and has served on several local boards. She helped establish five chapters in four states.

Mrs. Tillotson serves as president of the Temple Aglow Community Lighthouse.

After serving as administrator and assimilation pastor on church staff, Mrs. Tillotson founded "Empowering to Improve," a "ministry to establish, equip and encourage the body of Christ by developing today's and tomorrow's leaders."

She is an ordained minister and board-certified faith-based clinical therapist and serves as a crisis chaplain for the Temple Police Department.

She also is involved with local pastors and ministry leaders and has ministered at Aglow, seminars, churches and internationally in England and Cambodia.

Mrs. Tillotson and her husband, Fred, live in Temple. They have four sons and five grandchildren.
