Lampasas High School senior Jennifer Howard prepares to run the 400 meters at the District 25- 4A Track and Field Meet Wednesday night at Lake Travis High School. Howard finished seventh, but she qualified for the regional meet in the high jump on Monday, clearing 5 feet, 2 inches. Howard is one of five LHS athletes who earned regional berths.
