Kempner

Kempner City Council will meet today at 7 p.m. in City Council Chambers to appoint two to the Building Standards Commission, and adopt a State Records Management Schedule for local governments.

Council also will proclaim April as Fair Housing Month, and discuss a franchise agreement with Kempner Water.
