Correction

An animal control story in Tuesday's Lampasas Dispatch Record contained incorrect information about Lampasas Veterinary Clinic.

Dr. Curtis Kidd took a medical leave of absence and then retired in March 2007. The clinic still is open for service with relief veterinarians Dr. Tom Kyzar and Dr. David Foster.

Beginning in June, Dr. Kidd's daughter, Beth White, and her husband, Rocky White, will operate Lampasas Veterinary Clinic on Farm-to-Market Road 580 East.

Although they hope to open a new clinic on U.S. Highway 190, the Whites at this time do not have definite plans to move.
