Top performance
Members of the Lampasas High School Jazz Band earned a first-division rating from all three judges at a recent performance at the Tarleton State University Jazz Festival in Stephenville. Outstanding Musicianship Awards went to Alexi Bulloch, Stephen Grant, Cord Jackson, Michael Pruett-Poole, Carter Burks, Jacob Hummer and the trumpet section. Glenn Grant is the jazz band director.
