Property protection is benefit

Lampasas County Farm Bureau is among 204 county Farm Bureaus participating in the Texas Farm Bureau's Property Protection Program.

All members in the county are eligible to use this posting and reward program -- one of the many Farm Bureau benefits.

Under the program, a $1,000 reward will be paid to the person who furnishes information that leads to the arrest and conviction of a person or persons committing trespass, theft or mischief on propery owned or rented by members.

Since the program's inception in 1971, Texas Farm Bureau has paid more than $150,000 in rewards.
