Certification A food manager certification course is set April 17-18. Renewal forms and course registration forms are available from Marilyn May, county Extension agent, at 409 S. Pecan St. or by calling 556-8271. Certification is by the Department of State Health Services after successful completion of the food manager certification exam. |
