"They work hard every day. There are no discipline problems. And on top of that, they won all their games. You wait a long time to coach a group like that."

"There is no way I can say how much this group of girls means to me. I've watched them grow into fine young ladies. I've spent a lot of time with these seniors, and it's going to be hard to let this group go."

~ Varsity Girls' Coach Mitzi Lancaster

"I told everyone at the Tip-Off Dinner that this was going to be a fun group to watch. If you don't think this was a fun group to watch, then you just don't know basketball."

~ Varsity Boys' Coach Scott Harrelson

"These boys came into work every day. If you saw this group at the beginning of the year and again at the end of the year, you saw how far they came."

"We didn't win as many games as we wanted, and sometimes we felt like we lost some games we should have won, but these girls showed up every day and worked. For an hour and a half to two hours every day, we tried to teach them about basketball, and we tried to teach them about life. I'm so proud to say this group of girls was my basketball team."

"I told these guys the first day they got here that this is going to be a lot of fun, and I'm going to enjoy coaching them. It was."
