Couple exchange wedding vows at Adamsville
      Sarah Owens and Tanner Reid, both of Lampasas, exchanged wedding vows in a Dec. 1, 2007, ceremony at Adamsville Baptist Church. The Rev. Glynn Tyson, church pastor, officiated the double-ring afternoon ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Glenn and Carrie Hyatt of Lampasas.

      Lampasas County FFA/4-H students have begun week one competition at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, continuing through March 24. Week one will feature steers, lambs and goats, and week two will have market barrows, breeding hogs and breeding heifers.
