Mrs. Millsap
Graveside services are March 15 at 2 p.m. at Copperas Cove City Cemetery with Glen Sumerford officiating. Visitation is March 14 from 5-7 p.m. at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home in Burnet. Mrs. Millsap was born Sept. 7, 1919, in Clarksville, Tenn., to Jesse James and Rosie Lee Christian Wakefield. She moved to Burnet in the 1950s and lived there for more than 20 years while she worked as a licensed vocational nurse and reared her three children. Mrs. Millsap moved from the area in the 1980s and had lived in Wimberley for the past seven years. She enjoyed gardening, plants and flowers and being outdoors. Survivors include daughters, Jennifer Millsap, of Kingsland, Janis Heckel, of Driftwood, and Donna Reavis, of White Oak; a sister, Annie Leatherwood, of Paris, Texas; 10 grandchildren; 14 greatgrandchildren; and eight greatgreat grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, W.F. (Bill) Millsap. Pallbearers are Billy Graves, Craig Heckel, Kevin Heckel, Tony Heckel, Jason Reavis, Chad Reavis and Chris Hartley.
