Left: Lampasas Middle School eighth-grader Blas Gonzales competes in the long jump at the LMS Relays last Friday. Gonzales did not place in the event, but his second-place finish in the 100 meters and his contribution to the winning 800 relay helped the Badgers capture a team title. Right: Zach Adams ran the second leg of the eighth-grade 400 relay which finished first in a time of 47.78 seconds.
