Ronnie Lee Porter, 56, of Lewisville died Feb. 19, 2008, in Lewisville.

A memorial service was Feb. 25 at Sneed Funeral Chapel in Lampasas with Steve Kilpatrick officiating.

His body will be cremated.

Mr. Porter was born Jan. 15, 1952, in Seagraves, the son of Lyndon A. and Alva Jean Lively Porter.

He graduated from Lampasas High School in 1970, and received a bachelor's degree from Dallas Baptist University and a master's degree from Amber University.

He is survived by his wife, Donna Porter; sons, Jason Lane Porter and Jeremy Lee Porter; a daughter, Jina Leigh Porter; his father; brothers, Jerry Porter and Donnie Porter; and several nieces

and nephews.
