Hill Country Soil and Water Conservation District will sponsor a meeting Feb. 27 at 6 p.m. in the conference room at the Lampasas County Office Building to discuss formation of a county prescribed burn association. Dr. Butch Taylor of Sonora will discuss the benefits, duties and rules of a prescribed burn association.
