Big swing
Lampasas High School soccer player Angel Waters takes a swing in the Lady Badgers' 3-0 home loss to Copperas Cove on Tuesday. The loss dropped the Lady Badgers to 1-2-1 in District 8-4A play. The LHS boys lost 5-0 at Copperas Cove on Tuesday to fall to 0-4 in district play. Both teams are scheduled to play Abilene Wylie at 7:30 p.m. today. The boys are at home, and the girls are on the road.
