Officials note recent arrests

The following arrests have been reported by law enforcement officials.

Feb. 13

-- Michael Wayne Jackson, 19, of May for possession of marijuana under two ounces. He was still in the Lampasas County Jail at press time Thursday morning.

-- Blair Duane Wright, 40, of Lampasas for driving while intoxicated, failure to identify as a fugitive, driving while license invalid and on a Polk County warrant for assault. He remained in jail Thursday morning.

Feb. 11

-- Devon Mathew Murray, 18, of Kempner for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He bonded out Tuesday.

Feb. 10

-- Jesse Carl Aughe, 25, of Lampasas for possession of marijuana under two ounces and possession of drug paraphernalia. He posted bond Monday.

-- Don Dwayne Griffin, 47, of Lometa for possession of marijuana under two ounces, possession of a controlled substance under one gram and public intoxication.

-- Justin J.E. Hart, 26, of Lampasas for driving while intoxicated, driving while license invalid, possession of marijuana under two ounces, failure to maintain financial responsibility and violate promise to appear. He made bond Wednesday.

Feb. 8

-- Robert Wayne Pettigrew, 28, of Lometa for driving while intoxicated. He posted bond Feb. 9.

-- Philip Edward Ramirez, 29, of Lampasas for driving while intoxicated. He made bond the same day and was rearrested for parole violation. Ramirez is still in jail.

-- Michael Albert Schmalz, 46, of Lampasas for driving while intoxicated. Bond was posted Feb. 9.

Feb. 7

-- Louis Robert Robins, 34, of Kempner for possession of child pornography and failure to appear on theft by check charges out of Comal County. He bonded out Feb. 9.

-- Cecilia Garza, 43, of Lampasas for driving while intoxicated. She posted bond Feb. 8.

Feb. 6

-- Armando Rosales, 29, on a Lampasas warrant for criminal mischief. He made bond the same day.

Feb. 5

-- Ceddrick Perry Pendleton, 22, of Killeen for possession of marijuana under two ounces. Bond was made Feb. 6.

-- Chandler Lamar Pendleton, 23, of Killeen for possession of marijuana under two ounces. He posted bond Feb. 6.

Feb. 4

-- Ty Sterling Spieker, 32, of Round Rock for driving while intoxicated. He bonded out the same day.

-- Victor Noe Ceballos, 29, of Lampasas for assault causing bodily injury. He made bond Feb. 5.

-- Justen Nash Brooks, 25, of Killeen for driving while intoxicated. He bonded out the same day.

Feb. 3

-- Cassyne Viran Malveaux, 26, of Killeen for possession of marijuana under two ounces, unlawful carrying of a weapon and tampering with identification numbers/ personal property. He posted bond Feb. 4 and was rearrested the same day for possession of marijuana under two ounces and no driver's license.

He was released Feb. 5 after bonding out on the possession charge and paying a fine on the other charge.

-- Darrius McClain Malveaux, 18, of Killeen for possession of marijuana under two ounces. He made bond Feb. 5.
