Scholarship recipient
Jennifer Howard, a Lampasas High School senior, accepts a minischolarship for $100 to Central Texas College, made possible by the CTC Scholarship Committee. A scholarship is presented to a Lampasas student who takes a class in Lampasas each semester. Dave Schiefelbein, CTC coordinator, made the presentation.
