Donation to KVFD
Dewey Owen, Kempner Volunteer Fire Department assistant chief, receives a certificate of appreciation and a $1,000 check from Pedernales Electric Cooperative representative Regina Sheridan. The donation was made possible through PEC's Light the Way Program that recognizes fire departments, emergency medical services, libraries and other organizations for service to their communities.
