Couple exchange vows

Gary and Louise Poole
Louise Hale of Lampasas and Gary Poole of West Tawakoni exchanged wedding vows in an Aug. 28, 2007, morning ceremony at the Hillsboro Courthouse.

The justice of the peace officiated the double-ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Paul and Mary Hale of Lampasas. She is the granddaughter of the late Norbert and Louise Graff, and the late Herschel and Marie Hale.

The groom is the son of Brian and Dana Chepey. He is the grandson of Linnie and Gary Brown, and Sonny Scribner.

The bride wore a sleeveless yellow, floral tea-length gown with pearl embellishments.

She wore a birdcage veil and carried a dozen white roses.

After a wedding trip to a private cottage honeymoon suite in Hillsboro, the couple is at home in Lampasas.

Family and friends hosted a reception in the couple's honor. There was a two-tier cream and yellow cake garnished with orchids and lace icing.

Formal wedding photographs were taken with the bride wearing her mother's redesigned wedding gown of white satin embellished with pearls covering the A-line gown.

The bride also wore pearl earrings worn by her mother and her sister at their weddings.

Both the bride and groom are graduates of Lampasas High School.

The bride graduated from Killeen College of Cosmetology and is a stylist for Quick Cuts in Lampasas.

The groom is in sales at Lampasas Builders Mart.
