Dale Henry, a candidate for Texas railroad commissioner, will speak to the public Wednesday in the Lampasas County Office Building at a 6 p.m. event sponsored by the Democratic Women's Association of Lampasas. A light supper will be served.

Henry, a former Lampasas city manager, is running as a Democrat.
