LHS gridders honored for classroom work

The original Academic All-District 25-4A list, which was released in late December, did not acknowledge all of the Lampasas High School football players who qualified for the honor.

LHS student-athletes who were recognized for playing at a high level on the field and maintaining an overall classroom average of 90 or above are: Jarrod Bowen, Ryder Brown, Reese Vann, Aaron Reyna, Frank James, Melvin Batiste, Zach Hlavaty, Jonathan VanLiew, Zach Swinford, John Beavers, Coleton Lucas and Jeremy Brown.
