Miss Lampasas candidates sought

Girls between the ages of 19 and 29 who have never been married or given birth may send in an application for 2008 Miss Lampasas International.

The winner will represent her city at the Miss Texas Pageant April 11- 13 at Scottish Rite Auditorium in San Antonio, and will become an ambassador from the Lampasas County area. She will receive an official title and sash.

The girl crowned Miss Texas will receive a prize package valued at more than $11,000, and the opportunity to represent Texas at the 2008 Miss International Pageant in Chicago.

Miss contestants will compete in personal interview, fitness wear, fun fashion and evening gown.
