Reading program slated in Austin

Rite Flight, a fluency and comprehension program for effective reading instruction, will be offered Feb. 23 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Scottish Rite Learning Center of Austin, 12871 N. U.S. Highway 183, Suite 100.
