Officials release recent list of arrests

The following arrests have been reported by law enforcement officials.

Jan. 16

-- Crystal Raquel Spurck, 17, of Lampasas for possession of a controlled substance under 28 grams. She was still in the Lampasas County Jail as of press time Thursday morning.

-- Michelle Lee Stockton, 34, of Lampasas for driving while license invalid and possession of marijuana under two ounces. She remained in jail Thursday morning.

-- Rolando Gonzalez, 32, of Lometa for sexual assault of a child. He was in the county jail Thursday morning.

-- Anthony Paul Contreras, 21, of Stamford for prohibited weapon, switchblade. He was in jail on Thursday.

-- Lowell Preston Garza, 18, of Lampasas for possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering/fabricating physical evidence and possession of a controlled substance under one gram.

-- Mark Evan Lancaster, 47, of Lampasas for possession of marijuana under two ounces, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He posted bond the same day.

Jan. 12

-- Blas Andrew Gonzalez, 38, of Lampasas for driving while intoxicated and evading in a vehicle. He was still in jail at press time Thursday.

-- Antony Paul Elton, 24, of Adamsville for driving while intoxicated. He made bond Jan. 13.

Jan. 9

-- William Worth Good III, 24, of Copperas Cove for possession of marijuana under two ounces, driving while license invalid and failure to maintain financial responsibility. He bonded out Jan. 10.

-- Mercedes Chantal Garcia, 26, of Pflugerville on a Taylor County warrant for furnishing alcohol to a minor. She made bond Jan. 10.

Jan. 8

-- Maurilio Ortiz Palacios, 26, of Florence for assault causing bodily injury/family violence. He was still in jail Thursday morning.

Jan. 6

-- Joab Fuentes, 22, of Kempner for driving under the influence by a minor and failure to appear for driving under the influence by a minor. He was released Jan. 7 after paying fines.

-- Rudy Wren Maldonado, 18, of Lampasas for driving under the influence by a minor. He paid fines and was released the same day.

Jan. 4

-- Jana Terese Hernandez, 30, of Lampasas on a Lampasas County Sheriff's Department warrant for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. She made bond the same day.

-- Rachel Byrd, 32, of Kempner on a city of Lampasas warrant for possession of a controlled substance under one gram. She bonded out Jan. 5.

Jan. 3

-- Betty Faye Alexander, 43, of Houston for theft of property over $1,500 and under $20,000 and misappropriation of fiduciary funds or financial property. She was still in the jail at press time Thursday morning.

-- Jason Phillip Fortner, 19, of Lometa for driving while intoxicated and city of Lampasas warrants for public intoxication and violating a promise to appear. He made bond Jan. 4.
