Vision Downtown Lampasas! slates presentation to club

The GFWC/TFWC Pierian Club presented its 21st annual Christmas concert at First Presbyterian Church with pianist Betty Ann Whitis and organist Jo Ater performing.

Mrs. Whitis also presented several of her Lampasas High School choir members who also performed.

Members and guests enjoyed refreshments in the fellowship hall after the program. Hostesses were Social Committee members, Mary Black Davis, Karen Cambon, Nancy Patteson and Kim Garrett.

Club members made contributions for children served by the Lampasas County Child Protective Services Board.

Pierians will meet today in the home of Cherie Leavell. Co-hostesses are Jane Westerfield and Bennie Bulloch.

Lampasas Mayor Judith Hetherly and a member of Vision Downtown Lampasas! will share goals for the city's historic district.
