Variety of drug charges top recent list of arrests

The following arrests have been reported by law enforcement officials.

Jan. 3

-- Jason Erroll Sutton, 29, of Lampasas for assault causing bodily injury/family violence. He was still in the Lampasas County Jail at press time Thursday morning.

Jan. 1

-- Luis Miguel Borquez, 24, of Lampasas for driving while intoxicated and no driver's license. He remained in jail Thursday morning.

-- Robert Chadwin Miller, 24, of Copperas Cove for possession of marijuana under two ounces. He posted bond the same day.

Dec. 31

-- Michelle DeeAnn Chaffee, 26, of Copperas Cove for possession of marijuana under two ounces. Bond was posted Tuesday.

-- Cheri Downing Spencer, 40, of Waco for possession of a controlled substance under one gram and possession of marijuana under two ounces. She made bond Tuesday.

-- Edward Fredrick Wilcox, 36, of Copperas Cove for driving while intoxicated. He bonded out Tuesday.

-- Kristopher Ryan Huffman, 25, of Pipe Creek for possession of marijuana under two ounces. He posted bond Tuesday.

-- Tamera Lynn McDonald, 26, of Spring Branch for possession of marijuana under two ounces. She made bond Tuesday.

Dec. 30

-- David Pete Penny, 40, of Leander for possession of marijuana under two ounces. He bonded out Monday.

-- Kimbrough Fred Estes, 38, of Lampasas for possession of a controlled substance under one gram and prohibited substance in a correctional facility. He remained in jail Thursday morning.

-- Eric Shannon Jones, 34, of Lampasas for public intoxication and resisting arrest, search or transport. He made bond Monday.

-- Michael Lee Jones, 34, of Converse for driving while intoxicated. He bonded out the same day.

Dec. 29

-- John Jesse Guerrero, 27, of Seguin for driving while intoxicated, second. He posted bond the same day.

Dec. 27

-- Dakota Wayne Thornton, 19, of Lampasas for possession of marijuana under two ounces. He bonded out Dec. 28.

-- Joseph Wayne Vessels, 18, of Lampasas for possession of marijuana under two ounces. Bond was made the same day.

Dec. 26

-- Ryan Avery Wright, 28, of Lampasas on Lampasas County warrants for possession of marijuana under two ounces and resisting arrest. He remained in jail Thursday morning.

-- Jason Dwayne Lamb, 34, of Bertram for hindering a secured creditor. He made bond Dec. 27.

Dec. 24

-- Roger Luis Reyes, 18, of Lampasas for possession of marijuana under two ounces in a drugfree zone and possession of drug paraphernalia. He bonded out Dec. 26.

-- Ariel Danielle Castillo, 17, of Lampasas for possession of marijuana under two ounces in a drugfree zone and possession of drug paraphernalia. She made bond the same day.

-- James William Bowen, 41, of Lampasas for duty on striking fixture; purchase/furnish alcohol to minor; and failure to immediately report injury or accident. He made bond Dec. 25.

-- Michael Quintin Conner, 42, of Dripping Springs for possession of marijuana under two ounces and possession of drug paraphernalia. He posted bond Dec. 25.

-- Mary Joann Dillard, 25, of Austin for possession of marijuana under two ounces. She was released after making bond Dec. 25.

-- Rolando Juan Ruiz, 21, of Austin for possession of marijuana over two ounces and under four ounces. He bonded out Dec. 25.

Dec. 23

-- Robert Galdano Hernandez, 36, of San Saba for possession of marijuana under two ounces. Bond was made the same day.

-- Kyle Benjamin Jones, 25, of Lampasas for burglary with intent to commit assault. He made bond the same day and was released from county jail.

Dec. 22

-- Roger Dale Hill III, 19, of Lampasas for driving under the influence by a minor. He made bond the same day.

-- Louise Hart Rivera, 21, for tampering with evidence and driving while intoxicated. She made bond Dec. 23.
