SBDC to assist business owners

The Texas State Small Business Development Center is offering a seminar on simplified accounting for first-time business owners.

Business accounting causes a great deal of confusion among many entrepreneurs. Gain familiarity with the accounting process by learning how to routinely collect and systematize financial data.

Financial management of business is as crucial to success as the product or service sold.

The seminar will be Jan. 30 from 9-11 a.m. at Round Rock Higher Education Center, 1555 University Blvd., Round Rock.

The workshop will provide hands-on experience of working with financial date to create useful and meaningful reports.
