Central Texas College held an awards ceremony recently to recognize a number of employees for a combined 820 years of service.

Honorees include:

10 years: Kempner residents Kathy Engrav, financial aid office specialist; Jim Checksfield, senior broadcast engineer; Ava Stremmel, faculty; and Margie Taylor, payroll specialist.

Lampasas: John Wheeler, sales/ customer service representative.

25 years: Oakalla resident Jeanette Kendrick, consultant, IT information systems department.
