Local sculptor exhibiting works at Dallas show

TJ Mabrey's "Wisteria Seed," a 33-pound sculture made of black Belgian marble, is one of two pieces the local artist will have on exhibit at the Bath House Cultural Center in Dallas as part of the DallasArtsRevue's "The Winter Show." "The Winter Show" opens with a reception at the Bath House Cultural Center in Dallas on Saturday from 7-9 p.m.

The exhibition features artists who support DallasArtsRevue.com. It is free and open to the public during regular business hours through Jan. 3, although the center will be closed Christmas Eve through New Year's Day.

The show features painting, sculpture, construction, collage, drawings, photographs and other art forms by 41 artists, including Lampasas County resident TJ Mabrey, who has two sculptures in the exhibit.
