Judge grants probation in non-support case
      In recent 27th District Court action, Judge Joe Carroll granted shock probation to Alonzo Moses Botello, 40, of Lampasas for criminal non-support. He sentenced Botello to three years' probation and ordered him to pay $10,700 in restitution and a $750 fine.

Law Enforcement Report
      The following arrests were reported by law enforcement officials. Nov.22 -- James Allan Arnett, 44, of Orange Grove for possessing an intoxicating beverage while on duty and alcohol (measured/detected) while in physical control of a commercial motorized vehicle. He was released to see the judge on Sunday.
