Noreen Ann Maceyra, 60, of Lampasas died Nov. 22, 2008, at her residence.

A memorial service is Nov. 28 at 3 p.m. at Sneed Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Dennis Rehders officiating. The body will be cremated.

Mrs. Maceyra was born March 2, 1948, in Friona, to Harold V. and Anna Mae Marks York.

She was married to Pete Maceyra on June 25, 1988, in Lampasas.

Mrs. Maceyra worked as a certified nurse's aide for Lampasas Nursing & Rehab for a number of years. She recently retired.

She was a member of Sonrise Ministry.

Survivors include her husband of Lampasas; two sons, Everett Herr and Ernie Herr; three brothers, Odell Shirley, Jimmy Shirley and Ronnie Shirley; and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
