Probation given in DWI case

A charge of driving while intoxicated with a child passenger netted three years' probation for 33-yearold Ty Sterling Spieker in recent 27th District Court action with Judge Joe Carroll presiding.

Spieker was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and $175 in restitution. He also must perform 200 hours of community service.

An arrest warrant was issued, and bond increased for Killeen resident Michelle Janette Boston, 34, when she failed to return for court. She is charged with driving while intoxicated and felony repetition.

On a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle, Audi Elizabeth Henry, 29, is set for arraignment today.

An adjudication hearing is set today for Michelle Christina Assman, 28, for possession of a controlled substance.

Clarence Ray Biddy, 55, of Lampasas is expected to enter a plea today on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell.

Anthony Richard Evans, 48, faces a Dec. 5 punishment hearing for driving while intoxicated and felony repetition.

Dec. 5 pretrial hearings are set for Dixon Dewayne Dewald, 19, of Gatesville for taking certain wildlife without consent of the landowner; Kurt Allen Hesbrook, 46, for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver; and Bobby Daniel Shifflett, 36, whose bond was lowered to $10,000, for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

Other pretrial hearings are set for Dec. 5 for Paul Oneal Potter, 29, for harassment by persons in certain correctional facilities; Anthony Ray Kirk Sr., 35, for indecency with a child-exposure; Lisa Mansell Reece, 38, of Llano for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver; and Richard Corley McClure, 55, of Frisco for theft of service.

Salado resident Marie Greenley, 39, is to be arraigned Dec. 5 for hindering a secured creditor.

A pretrial hearing is slated Dec. 19 for Patricia Gale Callahan, 43, of Lampasas on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

And a Dec. 19 arraignment is scheduled for Clifton Lee Withers, 56, of Granbury for theft over $1,500 and under $20,000.

Jana Terese Hernandez, 31, of Lampasas is set to enter a plea and receive punishment Dec. 19 for two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

A Jan. 26 jury trial is on the docket for Timothy Wayne Whitley, 57, for aggravated assault/ threat with a deadly weapon.

In a case of theft over $1,500 and under $20,000, 27-year-old Jennifer Fralin of Lampasas is set for a Feb. 20 review.
