Lampasas City Council will meet Monday at 5:30 p.m. in Council Chambers for a workshop session, which will include a presentation about the new city sports complex.

Regular session will begin at 7 p.m. Agenda items include an ordinance setting utility rates, and an animal control facility agreement with Lampasas County.
