City of Lampasas personnel recently strung Christmas lights around the downtown Courtyard Square area, as well as decorations across Key Avenue, all in preparation for the annual Carol of Lights Festival set Dec. 5-7. All lights will be activated during the first night of the Yule festival, kicking off the local Christmas season.
