Larry Pohlmann, owner of A Face of the West Museum, gave a guided tour to the Classics at the Classic group. Classics at the Classic met Nov. 8 at the back parking lot of Storm's Drive-In.

The group proceeded to A Face of the West Museum, owned by Larry and Lisa Pohlmann, who gave a tour of the museum and provided refreshments for visitors.

From antlers to a collection of spurs, and arrowheads to memorabilia of Lloyd Woodley Rodeo Days, there was something for every western aficionado.

"I remember going to the rodeo when I was a kid, which was located not far from the museum," said Sharon Carrigan, an event organizer.

Pohlmann demonstrated how to use a double-edged razor sharpener as well as a two-man hay baler.

Several children played on a toy similar to an antique merrygo round.

Mrs. Carrigan encouraged residents who enjoy the "Old West" to take a tour of the museum.

Anyone interested in the Classics and its cruises and upcoming car shows may phone Mrs. Carrigan at 556-5265 or 734-5180.
