      Funeral mass for Regina Rogers, 97, of Lampasas was Nov. 17, 2008, at St. Mary's Catholic Church with Father Pedro Castillo officiating. Burial was at Oak Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Rogers died Nov. 14 at her residence. She was born Sept. 21, 1911, in Smiley, the daughter of Emilio and Anastasia Pena Mejia.

Mrs. Ottinger
      Annie E. Ottinger died Nov. 12, 2008, in Georgetown. She was 94. Graveside services were Nov. 15 at Mahomet Cemetery near Briggs with the Rev. Max Copeland officiating. Mrs. Ottinger was born July 20, 1914, in Rockport, the daughter of Jesse Walter and Fetna Dickerson Simmons.

Mrs. Jackson
      A memorial service was held Nov. 15, 2008, at Sneed Funeral Chapel in Lampasas for Dorothy Marie Jackson, 93, of Lampasas. The Rev. George Lumpkin was officiant. Mrs. Jackson's body was cremated and her ashes will be buried at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lampasas at a later date.
