| Lampasas Independent School District Superintendent Dr. Brant Myers leads the way on the first public tour of the new Lampasas High School facility under construction. Hallways at the new campus are wider than those at the Broad Street building to allow easier maneuverability. Welding continues at the gymnasium. The competition gym faces an auxiliary gym and dressing room areas. Shown is an inside view of the "town square" at the front of the building, so named by contractors because of its size and location. On the left is the fine arts section of the school which will accommodate space for art, home economics, band, choir, drama, speech and dance. The kitchen area is on the right. |
