Brush chipping continues
      The city of Lampasas-sponsored brush chipping program continues through Dec. 5. Pick-up dates, areas and rules follow. Through today: northwest section of the city. West of Key Avenue and north of First Street. Monday through Nov. 14: southwest section of the city. West of Key Avenue and south of First Street.

U.S. ethanol production growing
      The U.S. ethanol industry will continue to grow in 2009, creating a substantial increase in the supply of distiller's dried grains with solubles (DDGS), a co-product of ethanol.
