Lampasas Aglow, a community lighthouse of Aglow International, will meet Nov. 17 at 7 p.m. at Holiday Inn Express.

Ledell James of Austin will be the guest speaker. She was reared on an Indian reservation with her parents.

When she was 17, her family left Arizona for Houston, and there, she met and married Jesse James.

They have served the Lord for more than 30 years, training under ministries such as John Osteen, Kenneth Hagin, Kenneth Copeland, Norvel Hayes, Lester Summeral and others.

Her husband died in August 2006, and Mrs. James continues in ministry, sharing and teaching the word of God. She is on staff with Williamson County Cowboy Church under Pastor Corey Ross.

Those planning to attend the meeting are asked to bring a nonperishable food item to be donated to Lampasas Mission.
