      Graveside services for George Barker Jr. of Burnet were Nov. 5, 2008, at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lampasas. Mr. Barker died Nov. 3 at Hilltop Village in Kerrville. He was 88. He was born June 27, 1920, in Buford, Ga., to George and Ruth McCrea Barker.
