Lometa Methodist Church will hold its Awesome Autumn Stew Lunch for community members and to welcome hunters.

The event is Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the church, 100 S. Second St.

The menu will include a choice of three stews, cornbread, dessert and a drink. Tickets are $5 each.

There also will be baked goods, holiday gifts and craft items for sale.

All proceeds will support projects of the Lometa Methodist Women.
